3. Timeframe for Return Request:

  • A return request must be initiated within 72 hours from the time of delivery.

  • To request a return, please log in to your HairExcellence account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you wish to return. Follow the provided instructions to submit your return request.

4. Damaged or Leaked Products:

  • If you receive a product in a damaged or leaked condition, we understand your concern and will assist you promptly.

  • In such cases, you must provide a package unboxing video to claim a refund or return. This video will help us understand the issue and expedite the resolution process.

Return Process:

Once you’ve submitted your return request, our customer support team will review your request and get in touch with you for further instructions. Here’s what to expect:

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  • Please pack the product securely in its original packaging, and ensure all packaging slips or documentation are included.

  • Send the product back to us as per our instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement, as per your request.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
