For Domestic Orders (within India):

• We take 1 business day to process and dispatch your order. It takes 5-7 business days for delivery across India.

• If the address/pin code/phone number is incorrect, the pin code is unserviceable, or the color match takes time, it could take extra days to dispatch based on communication and matching requirements.

• Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, political crises, or curfews, shipments may be further delayed. We will strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

For International Orders (Outside India):

• No return and exchange applicable on orders outside India.

• Orders might take 10-15 working days to be delivered.
